Ultimate Christmas Page Vendor Agreement

1. The vendor agrees not to raise the wholesale price of the item specified until January 1, 2002. After that time, price of the product can be renegotiated, but it doesn't need to be changed. **The exception would be if the vendor and I agree to raise or lower the price, to adjust for market demand. I would e-mail a new vendor agreement out at that time. (This is really no big deal, what this really means is that you will honor all prices on order that have been placed and that if you would like to change the price, we do so after the orders have been filled at that price. Same would apply to the shipping charges)

 

2. Either the vendor or the Ultimate Christmas page can terminate this agreement with an e-mail and an e-mail verification at any time as long as the orders accepted by the vendor have been filled. (If you get too busy to fill all of the orders, we can either extend the delivery date or put a temporary sold out on your item. This is supposed to be fun, not stressful!)

 

3. Vendor agrees to ship the product to the customer directly and in the delivery time specified. The vendor will be responsible for tracking their package and including tracking info and verification of delivery in the invoice.

 

4. The vendor agrees to include no product literature in the product packaging being shipped, send direct mailings to the customer or include their own e-mail address or phone number. If I am made aware of vendors putting in their own information, or mailing literature to the customer, I will have to discontinue our business relationship. (This is really important to me, I work really hard on my page and want my customers to continue to come to the page to get their Christmas treasures.) I will provide to all vendors an address label to use for shipping.

 

5. The vendor will invoice the Ultimate Christmas Page after the product ships and vendor agrees to allow net 30 to make payment from the date of invoice. (This allows the customer time to get it and be happy, it will save a lot of headaches if for some crazy reason they need to return the item.)

 

6.Vendor agrees to a 25 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy. This return policy does not apply to shipping charges. (I offer a 14 day money back guarantee, this extra 11 days allows time for the product to be returned to you. I feel that the internet is new enough that it's very important that the customer be guaranteed they will be happy with the items they ordered.)

 

7. Vendor agrees to let me know if they'll be unavailable for more that 4 days. (This is needed during the Christmas season, as that's when things get pretty crazy. I will then know to hold any orders until you are available again *Ü*)
